We offer both semi-automatic and manual sleeve sealers. The manual sleeve sealer (as pictured below) is capable of wrapping 400 products per hour—perfect for manufacturing products that need to be packed into one wrapped product.

Our sleeve sealers are built to last—they’re reliable and easy-to-use, so you won’t waste any time during the manufacturing process getting the machine to work or fixing problems. They’re also easy to transport. The sleeve sealer and shrink tunnel can be fixed on wheels and simply plugged into the nearest socket.

Sleeve sealers are usually used to pack smaller items that can be picked up easily, such as cans, bottles and clothing. It wraps around the products, leaving two holes at either end.

A strong plastic film may be used with these machines, preventing damage to your products and making them easy to carry. Thanks to the strong film, you’re also able stack products on top of each other, saving you room and storage costs.

Machines can be supplied in three different sizes, dependent on your product requirements. They can also wrap strange shaped products with ease.
