Simple Steps To Free-forming Around The Product

STEP 1 A FOAMPacker liner is spread evenly in the container. The FOAMPacker is dispensed directly into the liner and the liner is folded over the expanding foam.
STEP 2 The product is placed onto the foam as it continues to expand.
STEP 3 A second liner is spread on top of the product and the foam is dispensed to create the top cushion.
STEP 4 Seconds later FOAMPacker has created a clean, protective pad of foam that envelopes the product.

Simple Steps To Pre-forming Using A Mold

STEP 1 A pre-cut length of film is placed over the mold box and a vacuum is drawn.
STEP 2 The FOAMPacker liner is placed in a mold designed to match the product and operator dispenses a previously set metered amount of foam into the liner.
STEP 3 The lid is closed and secured to allow the FOAMPacker to expand inside the mold creating a mirror image of the product.
STEP 4 A few seconds later a pre-formed protective cushion is ready for immediate use.
